Trading Internship, US Fixed Income
A paid, mentored first year on the desk. If we both want to continue, you move up to Junior Portfolio Assistant. €1,750 net a month (about €2,255 gross). Sofia or remote in the EU.
Social Media Specialist, Fixed Income
Turn our traders’ fixed income ideas into posts, threads and Substack articles, and engage the fixed income community on @HeardFloor. Sofia or remote in the EU.

How we hire
Every role is applied for by email to [email protected]. Instead of a cover letter, we ask you to show your work: for the internship, one trade idea you would place today; for the social media role, accounts you have built and how you would grow ours. Filip reads every application.
Salaried jobs. Nothing to pay.
These are salaried positions. You will never be asked to pay a fee, make a deposit or buy a course to work with us.
Sofia or remote
Work from our Sofia office or remotely from anywhere in the European Union. The trading internship follows the US market, 14:00 to 23:00 Sofia time. The social media role keeps regular hours, 10:00 to 19:00.
