OFM Capital.
OFM Capital is an independent proprietary trading desk in Sofia, Bulgaria. Since 2012 we have traded US markets with our own capital, with a focus on US fixed income.
Who we are
OFM Capital is the short name of OFM Capital Partners, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Filip Madzharov, CAIA, CIA, founded the desk in 2012 and runs it as its portfolio manager.
We trade only our own capital. We do not manage money for others or accept clients or deposits, so we are not an investment firm licensed by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission. The desk works on US market hours, from 14:00 to 23:00 Sofia time.
What we trade
US-listed markets, with a focus on US fixed income: preferred stocks, baby bonds and other exchange-traded debt, Treasuries and corporate bonds.
