This website is run by OFM Capital Partners, trading as OFM Capital, Sofia, Bulgaria. You can reach us about privacy at [email protected].

• What we receive. Your email, your CV and anything you choose to send with it, such as a trade idea or examples of your work.
• Why. Only to assess your application and to talk to you about it. You send it to us so that we can consider you for a job.
• Legal basis. Considering your application is a step you ask us to take before a possible employment contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). If we keep it for future roles, that is only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Who sees it. Filip and anyone directly involved in hiring for the role. We do not sell or share it with anyone else. Our email provider stores it on our behalf.
• How long we keep it. Up to six months after the hiring process for the role ends, then we delete it, unless you agree that we may keep it for future roles.

We count visits anonymously to see which pages are useful. The count records the page and the visitor’s country. It does not store your IP address and uses no cookies. The contact form does not send anything to us: it only prepares an email in your own email app.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection at cpdp.bg.
